Multiple columns on a drop down list?

In FormFlow 99 we could have 2 columns on a drop down list, but I am unable to recreate this with Adobe's Designer 7.0. Is there a way to do this?

I assume that even if you had 2 columns it is still just one choice in the drop down list. So you could do this simply by setting the value of the choice to be something like "col1 - col2" or whatever.
