missing image in repeating subform

Hi,

I have a repeating subform with a image as button-background.

If I duplicate this subform (create an new and move it under the actual subform), the image in the last subform is missing.

Same thing if I delete some subforms. Then only the first subform has already the image.

Any idea where's my mistake? Or is it a known bug?
