Million rows in ListBox

I would like to have a lot of rows in my ListBox (more or less 5000).



Is there a "user friendly" way to search/navigate this List? Because in my opinion first leter is not enought.

That is all that is provided for you. I would question why you would have 5000 items in your listbox. Is there a way to break it up into smaller more manageable sizes?
