LiveCycle Workspace ES over the Internet

Hi,



I created simple process that takes data from database and rendres a form. I made it visible in workspace. This process works fine in our local network (for example by URL http://adobeserver:8080/workspace).



But I need to give an access to workspace over the internet. I asked our admin to give an entry point. He gave me an entry point and now this workspace is accessible by URL http://companyName/workspace. I can successfully log in. BUT! when I'm trying to start the process using input form it's impossible due to loading which continues without any result: I see only loading screen and nothing is going on.



May be links becomes incorrect over the internet? because exactly same steps (same user, same process) are still working in local network.



Can anybody help me?

Yes, Paul, I have a log. See it below.



Today I also tried to open the input form and all remains the same.

Then I used an adminui to search any process but there wasn't a process. Then I used a Task Search to find task #1908 (I noticed it in log).

Then I reassigned that task #1908 on another user and opened workspace under him. I saw task with already rendered form. I tried to open it and again it hung.

I created new topic in LiveCycle Workspace ES forum branch.

The reason of the problem is that traffic over internet goes by local address.
