I am new to using this software and have designed a form that has several hundred tabs. Although I have renumbered these tabs many times when I use the form the tabs don't flow in the order that I have numbered them. I have text fields and radio buttons. Anyone else have problems with tabbing order?

What you need to do is go to "View" and then select "Tab Order". Press "Shift" and then click on your first Tab item. Then simply click on each of the items that you need to be in the tab order.

In the XML you will see which dictates where the tab order will go next.

The tabbing order is set up and the XML code is correct with where the next tab should go. When viewing the form the tabs jump at random and not in the sequence they're programmed in.

You might find more people who can help in the LiveCycle Designer

forum. LiveCycle Document Security is a different product. Good luck,

I am setting up forms for the employees in my office to fill out, print and turn in. However, I do not want them to be able to SAVE the original document. Is there any way that I can set it up where they can only "SAVE AS" or have the capabilities to everything but save?

Thanks.
