LiveCycle 8.0, lines in text field

I am making forms that may be filled out on a computer, but also are printed and filled out by hand.



I have a multi-line text box for free text to be typed into. Is there a way for me to set up pre-made "underlines" that text will be typed on top of, but also serve as lines to pen writing onto when printed and completed by hand?

I need the same answer. I can't find anyone that will point me in the right direction.

Ditto here... the only thing I could come up with is to insert drawn text lines from the library into the text field, but positioning them so that it looks good when text is typed in can be tedious.
