i'm trying ot add a javascript, or maybe a livecycle messagebox, with a prompt
livecycle does ot seem to support/recognize app.prompt, but it does work with app.alert.
am i using a wrong syntax? is there another way i can do it?

Acrobat/Reader only supports app.alert and app.response. Look in the Acrobat Javascript reference for docs on how to use these commands.
