IFD conversion

Is LiveCycle able to convert IFD (jetform) files to XSL stylesheet(xsl:fo)?

Or is there any tool to convert IFD/MDF files to XSL stylesheet(xsl:fo)?



I need the solution of either

convert IFD files to XSL stylesheet, or

convert MDF files to XSL stylesheet

Adobe Output Designer (version 5.5+) can exprot IFD files to XFT (xml) files. Stylesheets and/or something inherently compatable with LiveCycle Designer is probably another story.
