What do you mean by a pop up comment? Are you talking about a yellow comment like in Acrobat?

Hi Paul,

Yes, like in Acrobat. I created my form in Designer and then went to Adobe and added the pop up notes but they disappear when I save it and re-open the file.

I need to add them in Designer if I can. I am new to Designer so I need simple instructions.

Thanx in advance for all your help!

Darlene

The cannot be added in Designer ....that is a runtime option for Acrobat. They disappear because the PDF has not been Reader extended to allow comments. In Acrobat 9 you can Reader Extend by using the "Advanced/Extend Features in Adobe Reader" menu option.
