Ghost file in my Form

I have a form with 4 pages

The third cannot be deleted

On the 3d page I cannot put anything it wil jump to page 4

It has and red square on it and I cannot delete it.

In my form I have a masterpage for the header.

How can I get this page away?

Any help appreciated!

To remove the blank 3rd page:

   1) In the heirarchy, select Page2 and in the Properties, choose Pagination tab.

   2) For After, currently you have selected "Go To Next Content Area". Change it to "Continue Filling Parent".

For the Date Calculation,

   1) Place the code in the Calculate event of the field "Herkeurdatum".
