Form Merging to Specific Email Addresses

I have an interactive form that has merged data. I want to send the form by email. I am using LiveCycle Designer. Each form has unique data for each recipient. I am able to do the mail merge but unable to get the forms sent to the correct individuals since the distribute form command does not allow form merging to specific email addresses.
