Default dataconnection path

Hi Everyone

I'm having a problem with my dataconnection to an Access database. I used the wizard to create a connection and my drop-down list works fine. The problem is if I move the PDF and database to another location or folder, the connection path is no longer valid.

I remember in Visual Basic it was possible to have the data connection path default to the current folder/directory. I'm sure it's possible in JavaScript but I can't find anything to get me started.

I'm using LifeCycle in Acrobat 9 Pro. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Lane

This is all based on the ODBC driver settings. In there is a path to the Access db and if you move it then the DSN cannot find the database.

Thanks Paul

I know what the problem is I just don't know if there's a method in JavaScript to make the path default to the current location.

Thanks
