To import an XML I use the expression: xfa.host.importData(sFile);
sFile is the name of the XML to import.
It seems to work well, but on the warning ads tag of the program I always see an error that says that there is a command sequence error(Javascript lenguage; xfa[0] context) and that host don't have the importData method.
I use Adobe Designer 7.0 and Javascript.
Is just a curiosity, cause it works fine!
