Creating forms for others to distribute.....

I need to design a form which will be used by more than one person in the office. The form will be E-mailed to customers and a completed form expected back via E-mail. Will every individual using this form in the office need a copy of the LiveCycle application installed in their computer in order to distribute the form? Is it possible for me to create personalized forms for everybody with their E-mails which they will be able to access on our server or a disc copy?

No the Designer will create a PDF that you will use to distribute to your Office personnel and Customers. They will require a viewer to be able to open the PDF (typically Acrobat or Reader is used for this). You can create personalized copies but in most cases a generic form is used and made available in a public location whether that is a web server, a file folder or a shared network location does not matter.
