confirmation

if i have a form and have added buttons for either an email submit or an PDF submit- is there a way to make it so that there is either a redirect to a confirmation page or that a confirmation email is sent to the user?

That woudl be the job of the recieving program ....Note that if you are running Acrobat/Reader outside of the browser sending an HTML acknowledgement will not work. You will have to send back a PDF. If you are inside of the browser then an HTML page will be OK.
