Cannot add porperties to resources in LC repository

When I add a resource to LiveCycle Repository in the Designer, a small Properties windows opens at the bottom.

It does not allow, for some reason to add a property in it.

The only way to assign a repository property to a resource is by the LC APIs.

Is there a way to allow the form designer to attach properties to a resource from the Designer's screens?

I see a very similar problem with the resource history.

If a resource is selected with the right mouse a history menu item appears. It opens up a small pop-up window with the resource versions and a comment field. Again, I couldn't find a way to enter a comment to that field.

I do not see the 1st issue ...can you include a screen shot?

I talked to the support in Israel about the first issue and it turned out to be my mistake.

The properties screen at the left bottom refers to processes not resources.
