Bootstrap error while intializing the database

Hi

I am getting the below error while intializing the database. 192.168.121.58 is my database server.

what do you mean by the following error.

Please help me because I am stuck with for more than a week now.

What happens if you try that URL in a web browser?

It's very odd that you have TCP port 1521 as an HTTP port. That's the standard Oracle database port number. Recheck the values you entered in LCM.
