Adobe Creative Cloud Cancelled Trial but was still charged

Hi Team,

 

Apologies for posting here. I downloaded the Trial for Adobe Creative Cloud so I can trial Photoshop, however, I cancelled the trial after 1 day. I received a confirmation that my subscription is cancelled but I was still charged. I tried to reach out to Customer Service but the system keeps saying that I don't have an active membership. The Adobe Virtual Assistant is unable to direct me to the right process. Please help! This is very stressful and time consuming. Thank you.
