Product categories from Analytics not showing up in AEP

Hi Team,

 

We are pulling adobe analytics data into AEP using the built-in connector, we noticed that it is not pulling "product category" values any one ran into this issue before ?

Hi @Kumar_Saurabh_  - Thank you for your response, this is a bug with in the adobe mapping (they have this item in backlog to fix it, but not sure when they gonna fix it) , as a work around we have to create AA classifications and import into AEP as lookup.

The assumption is, that you are using OOTB mappings to pull the data from the AA report suite using the AA connector. Log into Adobe Analytics and then build a report with a filter for a specific day to see if the data has come to AA and then use Query service to query the data for the same day in AEP and compare.

If you are using a custom mapping and a custom schema setup to pull the data from the AA report suite, then validate your mapping and also check the datatypes in target schema.
