Many to one relationship between non B2B schemas

I want to build many to one relationship between non B2B schemas, I tried lot but it is not working, can someone help on this ?

I built two schemas one is User ( XDM Profile ) and another one is Activities ( XDM ExperienceEvent Class ), I am trying to build relation ship between Activities to User which is not happening it always shows one to one. 

Note: it is working as expected when I use B2B schemas

@raj_mandalapu - B2C only supports non people based relationships, for ex - product(s) related to a profile(person) unlike B2B relationships which supports different types of relationship(s). And even in this case it is not one to many instead and array of product id's linked to a product lookup class and supporting one to one in nature. Hope this helps
