How to handle DEV,QA and PROD activities with one XDM object and One rule

HI,

I have 1 XDM object and 2 report suits  and 2 schema (DEV and PROD)

How to manage DEV ,QA and PROD publishing activities parallelly with one rule for all environment.

Want to change XDM object as per environment dynamically.
