How to export profile ids along with profile data into dataset?

Hi Team,

I have created a dataset with profile union schema.

Now I wanted to export all the fields of a profiles into AEP Dataset along with profile ids.

If you could tell me which field needs to be used for profile Id  , it will be helpfull a lottt.
