Hi Team,
We have uploaded a list of email IDs using custom upload under a new audience yesterday.
In audience still total profile counts is not reflecting.
We are using it in an audience and no profile is qualifying under it during dry run. Does the respective dataset needs to be enabled for lookup?

Can you check the status of the Audience upload process you initiated within Audience page. It can take a while for the audience process to finish. See if the Upload job failed, Go to Audiences > Dataset name, Dataset Batch or Profile Batch to check the job status & errors.
