CJA as Standalone Product without CDP

Avatar

Hello Adobe Community,

We're looking to implement Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) in regions where Adobe CDP is not being utilized. I'm seeking insights on maximizing CJA's capabilities in a standalone environment. (Note: We have subscription to AEP).

I am quite confused about how Identity graph and stitching will happen without Subscription to CDP.

  1. What are the native data stitching capabilities available in AEP without CDP?
    • How can I effectively stitch customer identities across different data sources for CJA purpose?
    • What identity resolution options are available in this setup?
  2. What are the recommended best practices for identity resolution in AEP without CDP?
    • Which configurations should I consider for optimal results?
    • How should I approach cross-channel identity mapping?

Any documentation? or article available to understand different use cases of CJA without cdp?

Thank you for your help!

Hello @pradeep_07

If I understand correctly, when you are referring to CDP you mean the RTCDP (Realtime Customer Data Platform).

You can refer the architecture here for the components that are included in the base AEP platform and how they interact with other applications built on top of AEP such as RTCDP, AJO and CJA etc - https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/blueprints-learn/architecture/architecture-overview/platf...

Also it does look like most of the CJA related questions are being addressed in the AEP Data Collection sub community - https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-experience-platform-data/ct-p/adobe-launch-co... you can try posting CJA specific questions there as well.

Hope this helps to address some of your questions. Please do reach out for any followup questions.

Thanks

Narendra
