I am an admin on Adobe Learning Manager and have previously used Custom Reports before up until last month Nov 2025
I can no longer seem to connect to Custom Reports. I can access all the other reports pages.
I asked the AI support and it said it was a known issue that could be solved with updates, though I have checked all updates and I am up to date and still unable to access the Custom reports.
Apologies if this is not the correct forum, I am a forum virgin.
Can anyone point me in the right direction to access custom reports?
