Hi I am in a multi-tenant account with our US & UK offices sharing an account.
We don't have a roll-up server call account, everything is separate.
Do we need to coordinate migrating to Launch at the same time? Or can we do it separately?

I'm not sure exactly what you mean by multi-tenant account. With that said, every customer has been provisioned by Launch at this time. You should be able to log into launch and create a web property whenever you'd like. When you're ready to publish into production, you can link your embed codes to your DTM web property.

Hi Jantzen,
We have a shared contract and shared account or "multi-tenant" arrangement. For example to upgrade to AEM 6.3 we needed to coordinate because we share server space. Our Target accounts are linked and have 1 set-up.
For starters we aren't provisioned...it lists us not having access on our activation page.

I see. That's what I assumed, i've just never heard it called that.
As for provisioning, every Adobe customer was supposed to have been provisioned as of a few weeks ago. Can you see if you can see the permission within the Adobe Admin Console?
There is another thread on the community where I talk about a common issue. Does this apply to you?
Why am I unable to log into Launch after I've been granted access?
