I have a question regarding the mobile services pathing reports.
We have a mobile app and wanted to figure out how many users enter the app, open the home screen and leave immediatly.
When I try to answer that question through the path report in mobile it looks like 50% of the pathes are entry --> home --> exit.
If I try to answer that question for the same report suite through workspace flow analysis or through the Adobe Reports Pathing reports or through the PathFinder I get competely different numbers... I only see 17% for that path in the PathFinder and 22% in Workspace.
- Where does that difference come from?
- And what would be the best way to answer the question how big my "bounce" is for the App?
