Which permissions to give so the person can create/maintain tags (/etc/tags)?

The tag page I'm talking about is this one: https://author.myhost.com/libs/cq/tagging/gui/content/tags.html/etc/tags

I already given all permissions to /etc/tag. Not sure what else to give. Thanks

Hi,

What version of AEM are you using? in AEM 6.4 tags are moved at /content/cq:tags
