Unable to verify SSL certificate in AEM 6.3

Hi,

We are installing SSL on our author instance from here: http://localhost:8502/libs/granite/security/content/sslConfig.html

So we wanted to install SSL to our port 4502.

After providing the private key (DER format) and SSL certificate (a combination of public and intermediate certificate).

And when we try to verify it from here: https://www.digicert.com/help/

It shows these:

Then this error:

We've tried manually replacing the p12 key that AEM generated from what we've generated manually by running command line script:

How can we install it properly?

So whenever user access our author site will have a valid HTTPS connection.

M also facing same issue with Adobe media server SSL installation... SSL CA not getting recognised ..how to do the proper setup .

Especially the hashed file part ...kindly help ASAP
