To whom it may concern,
When I clicked on the AEM installer, I received this error message:
"It seems that your Adobe ID is not linked with your Adobe Experience Cloud solution accounts"
I cannot download any of the AEM installers. Can you help me to solve this matter?
Warm regards,
Gisela

Hi @gischellatte ,
Your Adobe ID is not linked to an active Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM) product profile.
It’s an access issue, not a browser/cache problem.
What to do:
Contact your company’s Adobe Admin
Ask them to add your Adobe ID to the AEM product profile in adminconsole.adobe.com.
If you don’t know the admin, contact Adobe Support:
Thanks & regards,
Vishal
Hi Vishal,
I am using a personal account. How should I change the access?
Warm regards,

If you're using a personal Adobe account, you won’t be able to access AEM or download the installer — because AEM is only available to enterprise (company) accounts.
Log out of your personal Adobe account.
Log back in using your company email — choose “Company or School Account” if you see that option.
If you don’t have a company Adobe account yet, ask your IT team or Adobe admin to:
Create one for you.
Give you access to AEM in Adobe Admin Console.
If you're still stuck, contact Adobe Support here:

Hi @gischellatte,
Kindly refer similar question answered here: https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-experience-manager/how-to-solve-that-quot-you...
Ask your Adobe Admin (IT or AEM project admin) to:
Log in to Adobe Admin Console
Add your Adobe ID to:
The correct organization
A product profile under Adobe Experience Manager
They can assign you roles like:
Developer
Author
Business Practitioner
Cloud Manager Admin (if applicable)
You don't have the correct permissions. You should ask your system admin to provide you access for the AEMaaCS product. Once you have the correct permissions, you should be able to see this page. here https://experience.adobe.com/#/downloads/content/software-distribution/en/aemcloud.html
