To Activate Only Newly Created Content through Activate Tree

While Activating the content through Activate Tree only Three options are available as,

Only Modified

Only Activated

Ignore Deactivated

But if we want to activate the content for the first time i.e. which is neither in Modified nor in Activated category, how it can be done?

Then run without any filter

e.g.

I tried to run it without any filter, then it is showing me list of all the tags present in that node including already activated tags.

So, you want to activate only newly created content then it comes in Only Modified filter.
