The Digital Foundation Blueprint

Hi all,

1. I understand The Digital Foundation Blueprint covers AEM, Analytics and Target,

Will it work for just AEM also, in case I do not have the other two?

If so, will it add any value?

2. For Target, I do not see much implementation done by The Digital Foundation Blueprint.

I do not see any activity created in Target.

For Analytics, at least some things are already completed, like a Digital property, extensions for analytics and Target, etc.

Appreciate all your replies.

Thanks,

RK.

Hi,

These three URLs are very long and taking much time.

If you could help me with answers to my two simple questions, it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

RK.

1. Yes, the Digital Foundation Blueprint primarily covers AEM, Analytics, and Target. While it is designed to work as a comprehensive solution incorporating all three components, it can still provide significant value if you only have AEM. The blueprint offers best practices, architecture guidelines, and implementation patterns specifically tailored for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). By leveraging the blueprint, you can benefit from proven methodologies and recommendations that help streamline AEM implementations, enhance performance, and ensure scalability. Even without Analytics and Target, you can still utilize the AEM-specific aspects of the blueprint to optimize your AEM projects and achieve better outcomes.

2. While the Digital Foundation Blueprint includes provisions for Analytics and Target, the level of implementation may vary depending on the specific requirements and priorities of your project. It's possible that less emphasis was placed on Target implementation in the blueprint, resulting in fewer predefined activities for Target. However, the blueprint typically provides guidelines and integration points for incorporating Adobe Target within your digital experiences built on AEM. For Analytics, it's encouraging that certain foundational elements such as digital property setup and extensions have already been addressed, laying the groundwork for further analytics integration and customization tailored to your organization's needs.
