Show Open with Framamaker Button

We are currently using AEM 6.4 with XML Documenation and I cannot fin where to turn the "Open in Framemaker Button". Old documentation for 6.3 states to turn on the "Show Open in FrameMaker Button" setting in com.adobe.fmdita.xmleditor.config.XmlEditorConfig bundle but I am unable to locate this config file.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
