Shared AEM links become inoperative when I am signed out of AEM

I share collections via email with others using the functionality within AEM.  The URL works perfectly when opened by the receiver, but it seems that when I am auto-signed out of AEM after a certain period, the shared link only returns a message "There is no content to display".  When I sign back in again, the link re-activates and content is visible.  Can anyone advise what is happening?  Thanks

Hi @JezBill ,

 

Could you please try by making your collection public by going to its settings and ticking "Public Collection" checkbox as shown below:
