Is there a safe way to upgrade the version of jQuery that is loaded via '/etc/clientlibs/granite/jquery.js' from 1.8.1 to 1.9.1 in CQ 5.6.1.
When I say safe I mean so that:
1. There shouldn't be any upgrade issues down the track
2. Core built in CQ functionality will still work as expected.
I am reluctant to have to run two separate versions of jQuery on the same page so hoping someone could offer some advice on potential approach/pitfalls of upgrading the base version.

For a page/component that needs 1.9.1 functionality- I recommend creating a separate client lib and place 1.9.1 in the new client lib and reference that in the AEM component. Replacing the JQeury lib in /etc/clientlibs/granite may have undesired results.
