Safari Inline Rich Text Editor changes focus on styles dropdown scroll

In Safari, when editing text in an inline rich text editor, after clicking on a scrollbar in a dropdown the cursor's position is forgotten.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open page with inline rich text editor
2. Click pencil icon to edit text 
3. Highlight some text at the bottom of the textfield
4. Click maximize icon to make editor full screen
5. Click "S" icon to show styles dropdown
6. Click on styles dropdown scrollbar to scroll to last item 
7. See cursor in textfield has been reset to beginning of text
