Overlay native fields on creation of the page

is it possible to overlay the field title of the page to insert a maxlength on the Title field? How can I find where this field is been created to overlay?

just overlay this node in your custom project /libs/foundation/components/page/cq:dialog/content/items/tabs/items/basic/items/column/items/title
