OSGI configuration entries duplicated on boot

Hi,

We have a strange behaviour where our instances duplicate configurations. And of the 3 instances, 1 doubles the others... We have no duplicate in our code (where we version our configuration in Git). I thought I only saw duplicates visually in the configuration manager, but we see by the logs of timed processes that they execute twice or 4 times.

I have been searching the web to find other how had this type of issue, but at no avail.

Anyone has any ideas and suggestions for me?

Which AEM Version?

I encountered this some time in my project as well and we involved Adobe support to get it resolved (I don't recall any more how we did it). "duplicate osgi configs" should ring a bell 🙂

It's 6.4. We upgraded from 6.1, but I doubt it has any relation.

We have a support plan, I'll open a ticket.

I took a chance to see if anyone had an idea. It's a production issue and I had hoped to find a solution quickly. I opened the ticket with a high Production priority.

Looks exactly what we have. I found a page with some jar file to execute, but juste gives me a nice stacktrace. Adobe support is also supporting me and said the bug is in Sling and not fixed.
