on-prem/6.5 to AEMaaCS: what changes do I need to make to the code?

these are the things that came to mind

1. rebuilt the repo to use the new/latest maven archetype

2. In addition to no.1, check dispatcher configs and the cloud manager configs

3. if ACS commons is in used, check what features needs to be redeveloped/removed

4. There's a more comprehensive list from adobe.com (which I can link later) 

but I'm wondering if there are other things I need to know.
