I need information on CQ-Hybris OOTB connector.

what are the pros and cons of this connector?

Do we need to customize it in anyway?

has anyone actually used it in any project?

Please guide me.

No need to have seperate site for shopping & actual site.
Business team can make own decision (Author can change without impacting the underlying commerce functionality)
Reduce testing time has part of it already tested by product.
Personalized & easy to simulate.
Hybris' web service are extensible hence our Commerce API are also quite flexible.

There are couple of customer live with using hybris & all of them i know implemented some extension/customization based on custom requirements. For references you can reach through your sales team.

Down side if in case development team is SQL background Takes time to understand hierarchy implementation.
