manifest.json and push notifications in AEM

Hi everyone, I am working with AEM and with push notifications in the web site, my main problem now is that I am adding a manifest.json file, but I am getting a 403 (Forbidden) in the browser, If some of you have worked with push notifications or have some idea I will apreciate your help
