Hi,

Is there a way by which we can attach some document or asset in a mail while triggering a mail.

please suggest some way how we can achieve if its possible.

If you mean triggering an email as part of a workflow step - you can certainly attach a document as an email attachment. You can create a custom workflow step that sends email and adds an attachment. Mail will be triggered to external user, is it possible to trigger a mail with attachment to external user as well.
