Hi All

  we wanted to content insight option available on Author, We followed steps mentioned here :https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-65/administering/integration/adobeanalyti...

Connection to adobe analytics is successfull but on content insight page - [SERVERPATH]/libs/cq/contentinsight/content/insight.html/content/*****/us/en/home we getting 401 for api call- https://api3.omniture.com/rs/0.5//?q= with message  "{errno: 104, errmsg: "Failed to create Company_login from supplied credentials"}

We have checked all configurations and all seems ok. Any pointer what could be wrong here.

Thanks

Dipti

To troubleshoot the issue, you can try the following steps:

  1. Check the credentials you are using to connect to Adobe Analytics. Make sure that you are using the correct username and password.
  2. Try connecting to the Adobe Analytics server using a different browser or computer.
  3. Reconfigure the Content Insight extension. You can find the instructions on how to do this in the documentation you provided.

If you are still having problems, you can contact Adobe support for help.

Here are some additional things you can check:

  • Make sure that the Content Insight extension is enabled.
  • Make sure that the Content Insight configuration file is correct.
  • Make sure that the Adobe Analytics server is up and running.

Note:

1. Due to security changes within the Adobe Analytics API, it is no longer possible to use the version of Activity Map that is included within AEM.

The ActivityMap plugin provided by Adobe Analytics should now be used.
