Is it necessary to have CQ Form component either directly under parsys or included in a component that is dropped in parsys?

I am facing an issue that If I do a <cq:include ...> to  Form Start tag, and Form End tag in a component(which is not inside a parsys)..there is an error in abacus.jsp

Its inside getShowHideExpressions() method.

Any pointers will be helpful..

No..I had to use parsys as a placeholder. Please share if you find any solution or root cause....:)
