Insert image option is not available in RTE AEM 6.4

I have added RTE component in AEM 6.4. However, We are not getting any option to insert image in Rich Text Editor for AEM 6.4 like in AEM 6.2. I tried to add Touch UI Rich Text Editor (RTE) Browse and Insert Image but have bad luck. Could you please assist  me how can we get an option to insert image in AEM6.4.

Please go through the discussion in Image upload option disabled in in RTE plugin

RTE is not the correct candidate for inserting images. In case you need it badly, you can drag and drop an image into an RTE ( obviously, you will miss all the configurable attributes of img tag )
