infinity.json only works when giving URL using IP and not hostname

http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:4503/etc/tags/stockphotography.infinity.json works but http://hostname.ext/etc/tags/stockphotography.infinity.json doesn't work.

Any ideas on getting it to work?

Turns out that the infinity.json was blocked via dispatcher. One enabled (ie "allow") then it works! Hopefully this will help someone else.
