Image resolution going down when attached, Previewed and Downloaded

When adding 720px images to the DAM, activating them and then adding them to a product page, they are only available at 600px. fter attaching the image, previewing the page and then downloading the image, it downloads at 600px.

Is this an issue with the DAM or the specific page itself. Anybody has any ideas

Do you have specific workflow to reduce image size?

Images should be processed in a workflow to create various renders & quality levels.

Some event in the past introduced a change to the quality & render scheme which prevents all the renders. Some are created, some not. 1200px x 307 is one of the required renders for “hero banners” which are not rendered.

The goal is to restore all necessary renders & image quality levels.
