How to use CQ5 video component ?

Hi there,

I dragged the video component from sidekick (General group) to my page then specify a mp4(size: 24M) file to this component .

but the video cannot paly :

I tried firefox/chrome/IE with *.mov/*.mp4  files, all no luck with the video component.

Am I miss any configure?

Please give advise ,thanks !
