Hi @Heena91!
For an automatic push of changes on the source to the related live copies, please have a look at the concept of Rollout Configurations [1] and their according Synchronization Actions.
When you create a live copy, you can define one or multiple rollout configurations that should be applied to the relationship. The linked documentation gives you an overview what the different out-of-the-box configurations do. You should be able to achieve the described behavior by setting the "Push on modify" rollout configuration on your live copy relationships.
If you find a specific case that is not covered by the OOTB rollout configs, you can also define custom ones and extend the existing ones.
You can set rollout configuration in the 3rd step of the live copy creation wizard:
For existing live copies, you can change the rollout configurations in the page properties of the root node of the live copy relationship:
There is also the possibility to manually rollout changes from a blueprint/source to its existing live copies. There are multiple ways to achieve this. One is to select the live copy page and go the the "References" panel (left side). Open the "Blueprint" view and select the according blueprint page. This will give you options to compare the source to the live copy and to perform a manual rollout from the blueprint to the live copy.
See this documentation [2] for additional information on AEMs Multi Site Manager (MSM) and the Live Copy feature.
Please note: setting up a proper MSM hierarchy is a complex process and needs some planning to get things right. While a simple relationship can be setup quick and easily, a more complex hierarchy will give you some headaches if it has not been designed and planned well.
Hope that helps!
