How to prevent of translation AEM author interfaces?

Hello,

From time to time (once a week) my author interface is translated into language which are selected in page properties.

How can I prevent this and always display author interface in English?

Author interface language depends on the preference set in the logged in user. Not sure if anything to do with the page properties language !
